Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website and get a quote, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site was built with these guidelines in mind, and we fix problems as we find them.
What we've done
- Every part of the site works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast ratios.
- Headings, landmarks and form labels describe the page for screen readers, and photos have text descriptions.
- The before-and-after photo comparisons are standard sliders that work with arrow keys, and each one is labeled.
- Animation and smooth scrolling turn off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Layouts adapt to phone screens and to 200% zoom.
- We test with automated checks and by hand with a keyboard.
Known limitations
- The quote form asks for photos of the job. Photos are optional. If taking or uploading photos is difficult, call or text and describe the job instead, and we'll give you an estimate the same way.
- Before-and-after job photos show the result of real cleanouts. The text next to each one describes the job.
- The quote form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. It may ask you to solve an image puzzle, and it offers an audio version. If you can't complete it, call or text (917) 533-3220 and we'll take your request that way.
Report a barrier
If something on this site is hard to use, tell us the page and what happened. We'll respond, fix what we can, and help you get a quote another way in the meantime.
